Where do you ship to?
Everywhere! Wherever you are in the world, we'll post the Velorution Post to your door.
When will I get my first issue?
The Velorution Post goes out on the 10th of each month. UK and EU subscribers typically receive it within 3–5 working days. International subscribers should allow 1–2 weeks. If you subscribe before the 10th, you'll receive that month's issue. After the 10th, your first issue will arrive the following month.
When am I charged, and does it renew?
You're charged when you subscribe, and then on the same date each month. Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. Gift subscriptions are different — they're a single one-time payment for 3, 6 or 12 months, and nothing renews afterwards.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, in about 30 seconds, no questions asked. You'll find a link to manage your subscription in your order confirmation email — from there you can cancel, pause or skip a month yourself. If you cancel, you'll receive any issues already paid for, then nothing further. Alternatively, you can also get in touch via the contact form and I'll sort it for you.
What if I need to change my address?
Get in touch via the contact form before the 1st of the month and I'll update your details in time for the next issue.
What happens if my copy doesn't arrive?
Post occasionally gets delayed or lost — it's the nature of physical mail. If your copy hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us and we'll either resend or refund. Double-check your delivery address on your order confirmation, as that's the most common culprit.
